Commerce Club-Greenville 40th Anniversary Capital Project
With great pleasure, we bring the exciting news that BNG Hospitality has fully executed a new long-term lease for the Commerce Club – the first step in an exciting series of plans to construct and transform to a new and improved Commerce Club! The Commerce Club is celebrating 40 years in 2024, and what better way to usher in the next era of the club’s rich history than a milestone transformation that our Club members will have an opportunity to be a part of.
The Founding 40 – Invest in Your Club!
We are excited to share the opportunity for a LIMITED number of Commerce Club members, not only to support the project, but to join an elite group who are energized about taking downtown Greenville’s most exclusive social and business club to new heights!
The total project budget is estimated to reach $1,750,000 with a scope that will encompass remodeling of all Club spaces including the elevator lobby, Beattie Bar, Ogletree Dining Room, Pearis Ballroom, Wade Hampton/Clarendon/Camperdown meeting rooms, and the Joyner Wine Room. Estimated completion will be fall of 2023.
FOUNDING 40 PROGRAM DETAILS
Total Investment $15,000 per Member; $7,500 paid now, $7,500 paid in July
- Receive $18,000 in account credit upon completion of the project.
- Account credits can be used towards Membership Dues or Food & Beverage charges.
- Credit can be gifted or transferred to another Member.
- Recognition of your individual or corporate contribution with personal or company name permanently displayed in the Club.
- Exclusive invitations for VIP Hard Hat tours and Grand Opening events.
